We are very pet friendly, with no additional monthly pet rent required! All pets must be approved by the property manager prior to bringing them onsite. Our pet fee is $200 with an additional $150 security deposit; $350 total.
A maximum of 2 animals per apartment are permitted no weight limits. In addition, below is a listing of dogs considered to have aggressive tendencies. This list should not be considered all inclusive. Please remember some breeds have nicknames and most have variations of their breed..

The types of animals allowed may include housebroken dogs, cats and service animals, as well as caged animals. No more than two animals per unit and no animal offspring are allowed at any property. Caged animals must remain in their cages, meet city code and be licensed.
