Meet the Staff

Christina Flugrath      Property Manager

My name is Christina Flugrath and I'm the Manager here at Waters at Bluff Springs. I have three beautiful daughters, a great husband and two dynamite dogs. I've been here at Waters for four years now and in the Apartment industry for 24 years now, wow how time flies! My hobbies include: listening to Texas country music at local venues, floating on the river, watching my daughters play volleyball and show at FFA livestock shows. I LOVE Managing Waters because of how much fun it is here and all of the great residents I get to meet while having fun too. Our staff is so energetic and service oriented we really have a fantastic team here. They are also amazing at planning fun events for you to enjoy. Working with our Management Company, Atlantic Housing has its perks too with all of our community outreach that we get to be involved with so please ask us how we are "Making a Difference" and how you can too! My door is always open to you; I hope you enjoy this beautiful community as much as I do. WELCOME HOME!

Desiree Alonzo      Assistant Property Manager

Hey! I'm Desiree and the Assistant Manager at Waters at Bluff Springs. I started in a leasing position and was promoted within. Which is one of the perks of working for Atlantic Housing, that they believe in their staff and always are eager to train and constantly helping you to excel! We also get to contribute to giving back to the community which really shows our involvement within the city of Austin, and is a tremendous feeling of being able to do for others. When I'm not spending my weekdays at Waters I enjoy dining out, spending time with family, and friends. Please stop by and I'd love to tell you why Water's should be your new home!! Shelley Price      Leasing Manager

Hey there! I've been the Leasing Manager here for a short time but have past experience in the industry over the last 7 years. I take advantage of my down time to socialize with my friends and network, express myself through my art and painting, participate in all the events that Austin has to offer, and really to make sure I just enjoy life. That's what it's all about! I actually live here on property and truly love being a part of the team working at Waters and under the belt of Atlantic Housing Management. Not to mention, our residents are fantastic! This is definitely a neighborhood feel here and hosting resident events gives everyone an opportunity to meet each other and be proud to call Waters home. It's really wonderful to be involved in a company that strives to be different than the rest, that reaches out and touches people, and changes lives!

Amanda Jackson      Resident Coordinator/Leasing

Hi everyone! Im so excited to tell you about myself and what I love about it here at Waters. I've been with Atlantic Housing for a couple of years, and just moved back to Austin after managing a community of ours in Houston. I'm very happy to be back and just welcomed a new member to my beautiful family! I enjoy so much being involved in resident activities and projects geared towards getting our community involved with one another. I cant wait to see what the future holds for our company and management and look forward to meeting new residents! Welcome Home!

Robert Garza      Lead Maintenance

Hi my name is Robert and I am here to service your maintenance needs at Waters! I have been here for a little over 2 years and have really gotten to meet some great people during that time. I have over 13 years of apartment industry experience and I am confident that we as a team deliver great customer service for all of our residents. Proud to be working for Atlantic Housing Management and I love working at Waters. Im a resident here with my growing children and am very involved with my family. Welcome home to Waters!

Rodrigo Robledo      Assistant Maintenance

I'm Rodrigo, a part of the awesome Waters at Bluff Springs maintenance team. I have been contributing my professional skills for over 6 years now and am greatful to call myself a part of the team. Living here on site with my wife and son and and spending time with them are the most important parts of my life. I believe in keeping the loyalty of relationships and feel this is something I bring to our property at Waters too. Making sure our residents are satisfied and happy to be living here is very important to myself and the rest of the Waters staff!

Galdino Robledo      Make-Ready

Whats up! I take care of the grounds and making sure everything around our property is kept looking nice. I live a short distance away South of Austin and usually get my day started early. I have been helping take care of Waters and the residents needs for the past year and am looking forward to the time to come and what the future holds for me here. Its great to get involved with a company that truly cares about what they are doing for customers and employees!
